When something goes wrong

Read the error#

The page shows a plain-language error and, for server errors, a correlation id; the same id is in the journal: journalctl -u svavyom-api -u svavyom-agent -u svavyom-mutation -u svavyom-console.

Check the installation#

sudo svavyom-ctl status
sudo svavyom-ctl validate-config

Failed operations#

An operation that failed or was interrupted shows on Activity. Most can be retried and repeat exactly the same request.

Collect a support bundle#

sudo svavyom-ctl support-bundle --out DIR

Read the archive before you share it, and never include passwords, session cookies, console tickets or private keys in a report.
